This position will be responsible for performing all day to day activities of the payroll department and serve as back up to the Payroll Manager This position will also assist with compiling payroll reports, maintaining payroll controls, working closely with the HR and Accounting departments, and ensuring compliance with all state, and federal regulations as well as Sarbanes Oxley requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: AA Input time entries utilizing ADP payroll software AA Processing of direct deposits, garnishments, severances, stop payments, ACH reversals and payroll adjustments AA Work closely with HR and Accounting AA Assist internal customers regarding payroll matters AA Process, verify and send bi-weekly payroll files to ADP AA Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements AA Effectively and clearly present information to customers and other employees of the organization Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B A) from four-year college or university; or three to
